Cancellation Policy Your appointment is very important to me. It is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore I respectfully request 24hour notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice. I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. The cancellation policy allows time to inform my standby guest of any availability. As well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Less than 24hours will result in 50% of your reserved service. That will not be refunded if canceled. Appointment made within 24 hours period and need to cancel. The client must cancel within 4 hours of scheduled appointment. If a client is 15+ minutes late to an appointment. Client will need to reschedule.
